Our offer


You can choose from a menu of different basic offers, no matter if you are a company or a private individual. Our workshops can be held in English or German. Other languages as well as a special workshop focus regarding an industry, business area or target group are available on request. Workshops are usually face-to-face and we can come to a venue of your choice. However, a hybrid version between digital/virtual and face-to-face is also possible.

Open workshops & individual negotiation training

We regularly hold open workshops and individual negotiation coaching sessions. These could be relevant when you prepare for a complex negotiation, in front of court or with your client or supplier. We advise you during your preparation, play out different scenarios, integrate your personal stress profile and work on your personal transformation process to creatively dissolve future stress. We focus not only on your mental work but also on your physical behavioural reaction patterns.

for newcomers or refreshers

You will learn or refresh on the basic negotiation principles for your future successful deal.
In this interactive workshop you will practice and learn your skills during several case studies and practical exercises.

Duration: 6 hours

for refreshers and those who have finished bb basic

In this workshop we will develop with you your personal “stress map” as a basis of your transformation process. You will do mental training and learn how to work with your physical behavioural reaction patterns.

Duration: 6 hours

bb compact


for newcomers and refreshers

In this very interactive workshop you will get a condensed and practical overview of the content of bb basic and bb full.
However, due to the short duration, we will only establish the basics for creating your “stress-map”.

Duration: 8 hours

bb groups


For experienced negotiators

In complex exercises you will learn how to negotiate in groups, whilst using the basic negotiation principles and your individual “stress-map”. This workshop builds on bb basic/bb full or bb compact. Participants will have either completed these workshops or can prove solid negotiation experience.
